Our facility just outside the M25 is designed entirely around vehicle storage — individual bays, regulated environment, and the kind of space that London simply can't offer. No shared car parks, no damp arches, no compromises.

Security is built into every layer of the building: 24-hour monitored CCTV, intruder alarm, restricted key-code access, and fire detection. Every car in our care is covered by our comprehensive facility insurance policy from the moment it arrives.

Our transport partner arrives at your London address, loads your vehicle securely, and brings it to our facility where we complete a pre-storage inspection.

Common questions from London customers.

Where is your facility, and how far is it from London? +

Our facility is in Essex, a short and straightforward drive from the M25. Most of our London customers never make the journey themselves — that's exactly what the London Package is designed to solve.

What if I need my vehicle back before the six months are up? +

The package is built on a six-month minimum. If you collect the car (or have it dropped back) before that term ends and it isn't returning to us, the contract can be wound down early — however, any transport costs outside the three included journeys will be chargeable.

Who handles the transport, and is it insured? +

Transport is arranged with our trusted specialist partner, who routinely moves all kinds of cars, including classics and higher-value vehicles. The vehicle is insured both in transit and once it reaches our facility.

What happens if I want additional collections or drop-offs during the six months? +

The package includes three London journeys in total. Any additional collections or drop-offs can be arranged on request at standard rates — we'll always quote clearly before booking anything.

Is the package available anywhere else, or only London? +

The package is designed specifically for London customers. For addresses just outside the capital or elsewhere, we can quote a bespoke arrangement — just tell us where you are when you enquire.

How do I pay, and when? +

The six-month package is paid in full at the start of the contract. This is what allows us to bundle the transport in at this rate. Longer or bespoke arrangements can be paid on a rolling monthly basis — ask us.

Can I visit the facility before committing? +

Please do — we encourage it. Seeing the facility and meeting the team is the surest way to understand the level of care your vehicle will receive.
