Where is your facility, and how far is it from London? +

Our facility is in Essex, a short and straightforward drive from the M25. If you'd rather not make the journey yourself, we can arrange transport to and from your London address on request.

Is there a minimum term? +

No long lock-in — storage runs on a flexible monthly basis. Just let us know when you'd like to collect and we'll have the car ready.

Who handles the transport, and is it insured? +

Transport is arranged with our trusted specialist partner, who routinely moves all kinds of cars, including classics and higher-value vehicles. The vehicle is insured both in transit and once it reaches our facility.

How do I pay, and when? +

Storage is billed monthly — no upfront lump sum. We'll set everything up when you confirm availability.

Can I visit the facility before committing? +

Please do — we encourage it. Seeing the facility and meeting the team is the surest way to understand the level of care your vehicle will receive.
